AFTER I SELECT MY PREFERRED BARREL BLANK, WHAT MACHINING SERVICES WILL I NEED TO CREATE MY OWN CUSTOM BARREL?

1. CHAMBER & TENON SERVICE | REQUIRED | A MATCH CHAMBER CUT FOR THE DESIRED CALIBER, INCLUDING THE TENON, THREADED FOR THE ACTION BEING USED.

2. CROWN & MUZZLE THREADING SERVICE | REQUIRED | AN 11 DEGREE TARGET CROWN, THEN THREADED TO ALLOW FOR ANY MUZZLE DEVICE.

3. CONTOUR SERVICE | REQUIRED | [NOT REQUIRED IF YOU CHOOSE A CARBON FIBER BARREL BLANK.] CHOOSE STANDARD CONTOUR SERVICE: LIGHTWEIGHT, MEDIUM WEIGHT, HEAVYWEIGHT, M24, NO TAPER [STRAIGHT CUT MAX DIA.] OR CHOOSE ADVANCED FOR A CUSTOM CONTOUR.

4. FLUTING SERVICE | OPTIONAL | CHOOSE STANDARD FLUTING SERVICE: STRAIGHT SHALLOW CUT. OR CHOOSE ADVANCED FOR CUSTOM FLUTING.

5. PRE-FIT BARREL NUT/EXTENSION SERVICE | OPTIONAL | ADD THIS OPTION FOR A PRE-FIT BARREL NUT [OR BARREL EXTENSION] SUPPLIED AND INSTALLED.

6. BARREL CERAKOTE SERVICE | OPTIONAL | SINGLE COLOR OR LEAVE IT RAW STEEL.

WHAT'S THE PROCESS ONCE I ADD EVERYTHING I WANT TO MY CART AND PLACE THE ORDER?

• Once your order is placed our machine shop will reach out [Approximately 1-3 Days] to confirm your build and final specs. We'll also confirm our current lead time for delivery.

CAN I ADD MORE THAN JUST A BARREL AND MACHINING SERVICES TO MY CART?

• Yes, you can add actions, muzzle devices, stocks, chassis, bi-pods, optics, mounts, etc. We will setup and install everything at no-charge.

• Our entire catalogue can be found at RDSC.ca, but all SKU's are searchable on both websites, you can use either cart to checkout.

IF I ALREADY HAVE MY OWN ACTION, WHEN SHOULD I SEND IT TO YOU FOR INSTALL?

• You can send your action as soon as your order is placed, just use your order number as reference. Ship to our main address found HERE.

WHAT'S THE CURRENT LEAD TIME AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?

• Our lead times vary but generally 6-8 weeks or better.
