CTOMS Nasopharyngeal Airway, Adjustable Flange

The Nasopharyngeal Airway (NPA) is the ideal basic airway adjunct for a tactical environment with distinct advantages over an oropharyngeal airway (OPA). The NPA is not easily dislodged during casualty movement or pushed out of position by the casualty’s tongue. It can also be inserted into conscious casualties without gag reflex stimulation.
