The final member of the APC rifle caliber family is none other than the large-frame APC308. Chambered in .308WIN/7.62×51, this rifle is intended for specialized interventions and mid-range target interdiction, while offering the ultimate in flexibility and adaptability. The APC308 provides superb accuracy, reliable function and a smooth recoil impulse providing the shooter with a semi-auto sniper system (SASS) capable of rapid-fire, precision engagement.
The APC308 is a turn-key solution — the user only needs to add their choice of optic and mount. The APC comes complete with a folding and telescoping stock with adjustable cheek riser, dual ambidextrous, non-reciprocating and folding charging handles. The rifle is available in two distinct barrel lengths, 330mm and 480mm, each topped with NATO-spec flash hiders. Weighing in at less than 8lbs., makes this advanced, precision battle rifle an excellent alternative to AR-based competitors.

Hydraulic Buffer
This is a true original from B&T. The force of the recoil does not slam on any part of the gun but is sharply reduced by the hydraulic buffer. This is not unlike the shock absorbers on a car. This reduction of recoil helps the operator to maintain tight shot groups and quick follow up shots. This feature will also increase the service life of the weapon.
